It features an intuitive monochrome 5-line LCD display (132×64 pixel resolution), which allows displaying contacts and identifying the caller. The incoming call number is displayed directly on the screen by default. If the number is previously saved in our contact list, the defined name will also be displayed from the central contact database. 

Below the display, there are 4 context-sensitive function keys that facilitate navigation through the phone menu, access to the address book, and allow using additional functions available during a phone call, such as call hold and 3-way conferencing. 

The SIP T19 E2 allows synchronization of the address book in XML format, accommodating up to 1000 entries. This feature enables the user to use a centrally managed contact database directly on their phone. 

As part of the EasyCall business service, the Yealink SIP T19 E2 phone will offer two call transfer variants: 

• Blind Transfer: transferring a call without announcement to any number without returning to the caller. 
• Attended Transfer: allowing for the introduction of the call to the third party before transfer, with the possibility of returning to the original call if the third party is unable or unwilling to talk.
